Yes electrically they are the same as the USB mini connectors are the same way up, the traces will just loop round each other.

Which one you want to buy will depend how/where you're mounting it - the 'expensive' one looks to have the holes in the right place for a Keycool keyboard so if you have one of them pay the extra and save yourself the time/effort/risk of damage of mounting the cheap one.  Especially if you're going to be unplugging it often you want the port securely attached :)

connector for 1$ will not fit in place of the mount, if only to stick  :)
I bought for $8 and then found for $1, I wondered if it could be used  :)

The keyboard has no idea what it's attached to, all it knows are that power and USB signals come down the pins the white connector connects to.  If you connect the wires in the wrong order you may kill the board but you could cut the connector off a cable and solder the wires straight to those pins and it would work just fine.  I still think it's worth the extra $7 next time for the one that mounts though - sticking either means it comes off too easily which is annoying or risking damaging the case trying to remove it or worse, it's permanently stuck and you can't replace it if it breaks again.

and can I make a custom cable according to this scheme for my usb connector?
confuse 5 wires connector, and the cable is made of 4, so it should be?
