Hello:
I had been searching for this keyboard documentation for the longest while and after finding it I thought it would be a good thing to have here.
Cheers,

Wow, thanks! This is one of my favourite keyboards (mushy rubber dome, but love the extra keys) and I had only found the quick start guide. Had to scrap the meaning of the keys from Solaris manuals and other sources.
At first I thought you had just found those three pages and went looking for the whole thing.
Oracle still keeps a small page called “Sun Type 7 Keyboard and Mouse Documentation” but it lacks this reference manual:
It only has the "Sun Type 7 Keyboard and Mouse installation Guide" and the "Sun Workstation Ergonomics".
https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19675-01/index.html
Finally I did find the PDF in a shady website, all 53 pages!
...which turned out to be your 3 pages repeated in 9 languages with some blank pages and legal notices in between.
I attach it anyway for completeness.
Cheers!

Hello:
Wow, thanks!
You're welcome.
... my favourite keyboards ...
Yes.
Aside from the old IBMs (AT or PS/2) I used to have, this one in one of the best built OEM I've used.
... all 53 pages!
Thought it would be best to trim it to the essential in english.
I posted asking about this but have not received a reply:
Is there a known source for replacement keycaps for this keyboard?
Thanks in advance.

Not that I know of, just complete keyboards. I’d like to have an spare but it will be difficult to find another one with Spanish keycaps.

Well, I found this a while ago, and it may be of some use. (c)1999.
Can't tell off-hand if it'sType 7 or not.
Maybe it will help someone else who finds this thread.
