Title: Looking for battletank like keyboard that can be programmed for multiple layers

Hi, i'm looking for a battletank like keyboard that can be programmed in multiple layers, and it should be mechanical. I have a sister who does video editing and i thought this would be something to make workflows easier. Would macros do the trick?
