I guess they couldn't.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But thatís incorrect. Itís in HHKBís slogan, but when Americaís cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Just over 20K :))

There is no RGB star.  There are rainbow stars that some moderators have, but rowdy is no moderator.

There were rumours of something special for those with 10K+ posts, although that was some time ago.

Unfortunately the reference is lost.

The only elders reference I can come up with is the elders of the internet from the IT Crowd.

Around here I'm still a noob ;)

So,  I understand that I need to post here to learn how to get a star :)

  I forgot to respond to your PM.  :-[

Oooooooooo... Would it be possible to get a cyan star?

 ;D

Mayyyyyybe  ;)

Oooooooooo,  thank you Hoff,  u da best  :-*

Very star!

Many cyan!

Rowdy,  I only just realized that you have like a billion posts!!!  Do u get an RGB star?  Or are you too school for cool ;)

Just over 20K :))

There is no RGB star.  There are rainbow stars that some moderators have, but rowdy is no moderator.

There were rumours of something special for those with 10K+ posts, although that was some time ago.

So are you like one of the prophets? The elders, the architects who saw the beginning, 3.14159265358979323846264338327950288419716939937510582097494459230781640628620899862803482534211706798214808651328230664709384460955058223172535940812848111745028410270193852110555964462294895493038196....

Not sure if the reference is lost, but will leave it there... :)

Unfortunately the reference is lost.

The only elders reference I can come up with is the elders of the internet from the IT Crowd.

Around here I'm still a noob ;)

I was thinking of Contact, by Carl Sagan :)

Ooooo, you gotta see it... but given how dated the movie is now, I would read the book, goes into far more detail, and my Pi reference will then make sense ;)

PS. It was my favorite movie until interstellar, both had Matthew McConaughey.

It was not lost on me! Contact is such a great book, I need to re-read it. My favorite part was the hidden message left behind in pi. So mind-blowing. :)
