Left Shift Key Broken - CM Novatouch

My left 'Shift' key randomly stopped working today. Is there anything I can do without opening up the case to try and fix this? I had planned on selling this board  when my U80-A came in and don't want to break the seal on the screws.

I think the best thing to do is to screw it open and re seat the dome and spring inside the dome to see if that fixes it. Also how is your left shift broken like it goes down smoothly but doesn't register? Can you be more detailed?

At the worst, if it is broken, your Novatouch is still worth a lot of money =D

The key presses just fine, it just doesn't register unless I press it really hard.

Sounds like the biggest chance would be to re seat the dome and spring but you do have to open the keyboard up. If its broken you can still get a lot of money for it since people hunt these for the sliders anyway.
