Question regarding plate installation (dz65rgb)
« on: Thu, 26 September 2019, 19:05:25 »
Hi again. I was wondering how you’d install a plate on the dz65rgb. It seems like there’s nowhere for it to attach to the case, and the screw holes seem too far away to be plausible. Does it just sit in the case and yoy install the switches around it? See attached. Thanks!

the plate is just suspended by the switches.
the screw holes are probably too large anyway, they're meant for the screw to go through the plate when using a tray mount case.

snap a switch into the plate & make sure contacts line up and go into the hot swap sockets. do the corners and a couple around the edge to get everything lined up then install the rest of the switches. you'll see, soon as you install a switch.
