Hi from a Welsh buckling springs lad!
« on: Wed, 25 September 2019, 07:12:55 »
Hey all!

I'm Shark, a computer science MRes student from lil' old Wales (UK)!

I've been frequenting this forum for a while, and finally decided to make an account here and engage somewhat! I'm a huge IBM fan, thus I primarily use a mix of buckling springs or ThinkPad keyboards in my daily life in rotation. I currently have a Model F and four Model Ms, along with a three discrete and a tonne of integrated IBM or Lenovo ThinkPad keyboards (since I collect ThinkPads). I also have several misc Lenovo keyboards, and a collection of Logitech MX and G series rubber dome keyboards (all LCD screen models) that I presently do not use.

Here's some of my babies (and a random Lenovo keyboard I have thrown in to fill blank space):

Top: IBM Model F XT (1983, P/N 1801449), IBM Model M from IBM 3151 (1987, 1392595), IBM Model M "battleship" (1987, 1390886)
Middle: IBM Model M "battlecruiser" (1989, 1394324), Unicomp Model M EnduraPro (2019, UB43PJA), Lenovo Enhanced Performance USB Keyboard SK-8815 (89P8837)
Bottom: IBM PS/2 Keyboard with UltraNav SK-8840 (89P8527), Lenovo ThinkPad Compact USB Keyboard with TrackPoint KU-1255 (03X8746), Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 Bluetooth Keyboard with Stand EBK-209A (04Y1511)
