Is it blasphemy to swap labels on my SIIG MiniTouch?

I have two of the older good ones with at alps switches and
two of the newer black versions with the Rubber domes.

The old ones have the beige logo and the new ones have the black logo,

You should do what you want. Just don't try to sell them as a "real" product.

Actually I may just pull the labels off all together and make them look a little cleaner.

I don't plan on selling these they were a great find (so much I ordered a second one).

I just moved my label onto the back, so I can always put it back if I want.

The labels on the vintage SIIG's can be peeled and restuck a few times as long as you keep it clean.  I moved mine to the back as well.  Not sure how the label is on the newer black Minitouch Plus.

Yep I just did that (actually on the bottom), It looks cleaner now.

I think putting the new logo on it would have not looked as nice.

I will admit I'm really loving this keyboard,
I forgot how nice it was to have a good one.

Thank you.

The newer label is the same type material, but on the new style there
really is not a good place for it so i wound up putting that on on the back.

The new one has nowhere near as nice a feel as the older (vintage) one,
but it is OK for the machines I stuck them on (server and cnc milling machine).
