Do Model F XT flippers/springs work in the AT?

Hey everyone,
I have an AT and XT and have heard the flippers and springs are slightly different in both models. Typing on the XT, it just feels lighter and snappier than the AT so I was wondering if it'll be a worthwhile mod to change the flippers and springs over to the AT? Any info appreciated

Springs and pivot plates are compatible, but not barrels.

Thank you, do you know if that will change the feel of the keystrokes?

The only part of those that I know have a different feel are the space bars. Theoretically the XT and AT 1u keys should have a similar feel, but it could vary based on how much they've been used, whether there's any rust, etc.
