I know that the symbol is for a Diode.
Do the symbols mean that there are already diodes on it?
I have the diodes, I just don't know if I need to still solder them to it.

Some Cherry switches can be ordered with diodes inside. If there were a diode inside, the leads from the diode would be protruding through those holes near the symbol. No leads showing means no diode inside.

it's just showing you the direction the diode should be placed in. The holes are empty.
