Not sure if you've made a decision yet, but I feel like the decent65 groupbuy on novelkeys might be something you could look at (price might be a little on the higher side though). If memory serves, the overall shape and bezels of the decent65 look quite similar to the Doro, and you have a boatload of color options and the typically more preferred mounting solution as well. I think you'll be hard pressed to find the Doro anywhere tbh. If you can wait on your decision, there are some cool interest checks for some other 65% boards like the think6.5 (which has hella hype behind it) Hope this helps even a little!
