Help me with PCB problems - KBD67rev2

My shift and G button are constantly being pressed down after soldering, what did i do wrong, and how do i fix it. My first time soldering. Also i'm using ISO layout

I see nothing wrong with your soldering job, for your first time doing that it is looking quite clean.
Nothing obvious on the PCB also.
Maybe the problem is the switches themselves and they need to be desoldered to be replaced by new ones.

A few questions:
- did you tested the PCB before soldering the switches (with tweezers)?
- did you tested the bad switches with a multimeter (continuity test with the PCB unplugged)?

I did test the PCB beforehand and it worked fine. I do not have a multimeter so i haven't tried that yet. Although i've noticed something weird; after unplugging the keyboard, the shift key is still "stuck" around a 1 minut after on my laptop, but it goes away... This only happens when i connect the keyboard. I've also tried on a macbook, and the problem remains with the stuck shift and G-button.

Is it left or right shift?  Aqua Key Test can tell you, assuming the laptop runs windows.

It is the left key, which is causing the trouble. I've tested on https://www.keyboardtester.com/

I've noticed that sometimes, the website shows that both the shift keys are being pressed simultaneously, but this only happens sometimes, and only when i click the left shift key.

From your link:

    Tester cannot differentiate between duplicate keys (Shift, Ctrl, Alt, Enter). Be sure to test both of each.

That's probably why it's inconsistent
