This community and the reddit mechanical keyboards community has been so awesome and helpful that I finally had to sign up.
I'm finally joining because I have a strong desire to start actually making my own keycaps and would love to share with everyone
I've already been playing around with some resin, and even filled one of the molds with lead-free solder. The result was kinda gnarly (and a *really* heavy keycap), but still cool.
I didn't realize how hard it was to work with resin without getting a bunch of bubbles in there. I can see why so many people to water-themed resin keycaps now, because the bubbles fit the aesthetic.
