I'm more interested in switches rather then keyboard rn, I've started buying some to try on a HS board and my favourites at the moment are durock silents. But definitely my preferred layout is TKL.
Also I only use ISO Italian keycaps because I've got bored of ANSI and decided to stick to my language layout.
If you have some Italian ones or you know someone who has to sell let me know!!

My dream keyboard is a norbatouch in aluminium

I see! There are some switch gurus here at GH for sure, I've gotten a lot of help with modding and choosing switches from this forum, really nice folks!
I "stopped caring" as much about keycaps a while ago, because of several reasons. Don't get me wrong, I still buy and enjoy nice sets:) but I've stopped dreaming about it covering my layout/keyboards. I usually run ortho boards with Colemak DHm mod, so even if the keyset supports standard Colemak (as some do, e.g., last run of space cadet) I still can't use it with proper legends. So my option here is to run with symmetrical sets, i.e., where each row profile is the same, e.g., Kam superuser is running soon I think, and that set has a homing kit, so you get the right homing keys.
But I've actually come to prefer blanks or just leave the keys in qwerty. I got this recommendation to stop looking at the keyboard and to feel/touch it instead to learn touch-typing. This was excellent advice and I'm a better at touch-typing now.

I have seen some GBs here running international/ISO kits, which I think should cover your layout! But also might not be necessary if you touch-type, and don't care about that the legend says something else:)
