What switches have you tried? Any particular interests formed yet?

I'm not a big fan of tactiles myself, so my tastes in tactiles could be different from those who would normally like them. That and I haven't bothered to look at any of the boutique MX clones, not particularly liking MX in general. My favorite modern tactiles are Matias "quiet clicks" which are actually tactile simplified Alps clones. Zeal's switches are pretty popular, and some of the Kailh tactiles have followings as well.

I think it would be pretty universal to suggest that you keep away from most of the standard Outemu switches (direct MX clones). They're scratchier than MX even is, in my own experience. The exception being that I think that Outemu blues, in contrast to MX blues, are nice and crisp without any rattle, and noticeably more tactile. Some of their more boutique offerings seem to have a significant following, but I'm a clicky guy myself.
