Any repair experts? 2 rows of keys not working

I bought a razor ornata chroma cheap that was listed as broken and i'm trying to fix it. The keyboard itself looks brand new untouched but the issue is, the row of number keys and function keys don't work but everything else does. The leds all functions and I tried testing with my fluke meter but not positive where I should be testing.

It might be an artifact but on the right side of the ribbon cable on the left of the board it looks like the inner two traces are broken?

I can't believe I didn't notice that thanks, and after looking at it more closely under a microscope the traces are broken. I will try and repair the trace and see how it goes.
