As for Airbus is not owned by the government. As of 2005 Airbus is about 25% owned by French and Spanish governments. It used to be a lot more.
So in other words I'm 75% right (Airbus is private) and you're 25% right (Airbus is government owned) ?
As to Airbus having an "unfair" advantage over Boeing, have you examined the EU case against the US and Boeing at all ? How many military aircraft does Airbus Military supply to the US forces ? Is there perhaps an unfair advantage to US-based companies there ?
