I compared kit pictures a while ago, but side-by-side photos of actual keycaps would be the best.

GMK Fabrik is also a white-on-blue Cherry profile set. But there are differences, including:
   • Prussian blue vs "original GMK blue tone"
   • GMK legend font vs MVKB's "New Legends" font
   • Icon mods vs text mods
   • Prussian Blue provides greater international coverage
