You used to be able to send a message to a seller easily. Now, they have a stupid list of answers you have to go through and half the time it won't let you contact the seller at all. What the hell can you do if you can't contact the seller, but you have to ask them something?? The dumbest thing is that even after buying something from the seller, you still get the stupid list when you want to contact them.
They've also loaded every page with tons of javascript nonsense. When I want to click on a message in my inbox, the page hops all over the damn place. If I want to click on a message, I move the pointer to it, but it hops up - so I move up to click on it and it hops down! Every time I want to see a message, I have to chase it all over the ****ing place and click on it a minimum of 5 times before I can see it. The same thing happens when clicking on another page of a multi-page list. I assume this kind of crap doesn't happen with the latest browsers (or I would have heard others complain). Unfortunately, I can't upgrade beyond Firefox 2 - but I see no reason why they'd have to make this change that screws it up for older browsers.
