Model M chatter on single key through adapter
« on: Thu, 16 December 2010, 11:31:30 »
Has anyone ever come across this? And it's even weirder, as it's only on certain machines.

Basically, my 'g' key chatters, always twice, when connected via synergy to another machine. It's connected to the synergy host via USB adapter.

My question is, is this a synergy issue, or an adapter issue?

NB: there is no chattering at all when connected via PS/2. Host machine was replaced though, and there is no PS/2 port.

Yes, I get that. And I have some blue cubes on the way. But I needed to make this work today.

But it only happens on the network KVM client machine, when connected via the dongle. Not on the host machine, not when connected via PS/2. And it's only a single key.

So, thoughts on whether its the network KVM, the adapter, some interplay between them, or something else I haven't thought of yet?

And my real question is, will the blue cube do the same stupid things?
