They look like microswitches -- the type that could be used for mouse buttons (added in edit): if they weren't so hard. These are not keyboard switches.

They're low-travel microswitches.  130 gram actuating force with tactile bump at 0.25mm, 0.38mm max travel.  Would be terrible for a keyboard.
Currently GMMK Pro: lubed 68g U4T, FR4 plate, extra gaskets, etc
