What happened to the XT Model F Adapter thread?
« on: Fri, 31 December 2010, 05:56:07 »
As the title says, I'm wondering where that thing went... Even more so, since I just bought me a nice Model F XT.
This thread had a link to .hex files for the teensy USB adapter in it.

Btw, to state the obvious: This site is evil. I just bought four mechanical boards (ok, make that three since I could have fooled myself over an industrial Cherry G80-1800-clone that in all likeliness works with membrane switches for added water resistance) over about a month's time and asked for one as a christmas present (flatmates of my sister had a Dell AT102W that idly sat on some sad old PC in the corner).
I'm right now worrying a lot more about what keyboard I'll type my bachelor's thesis on than what to actually say in it. Need to limit my Geekhack time in 2011...

Take-with-me-board: G80-1800 (blue/black).
Boards I don\'t use: DS 102W (cherry 1800 lookalike, waterproof industrial case with ultra-mushy membrane switches). Dell AT102W (don\'t like it too much, very uneven feeling - last chance is to teflon-coat the sliders)

Thanks! Do I have to feel rather stupid or was there some actual admin work involved in making it readable again? ;)

It was moved from the main wiki to the modification section a few days ago.

Google hasn't relocated it yet.  :)

Ah, ok... So I'll feel a tiny bit stupid just to make sure...
