That's not an IMSAI 8080, but rather an Altair 8800, which predates the IMSAI.  The IMSAI had an all blue case and large paddles for toggling in your program.  The Altair had tiny toggle switches which IMHO didn't look as nice and weren't as easy to operate.  I much prefer the IMSAI to the Altair, though the marketprice for vintage Altair 8800's is higher than the IMSAI because the Altair came first.

Neither of those computers came standard with any keyboard or monitor.  In fact there was no video card in them.  Typically they were connected to video terminals via an RS232 port, but some people attached only the keyboard and added a video card to generate output on a TV screen or video monitor.  So in other words, no standard of what one might have used for the keyboard.  I don't recall Altair selling an actual keyboard, though they may have.  IMSAI did and I'd love to get my hands on one if I ever see one up for sale.

So what is the red and black keyboard? Heck if I know, but guessing it was used with the Altair would be as good of a guess as any.
