Just saw one of these on E bay. I knew they had a " gaming " board but i had never heard about a mechanical one.

no you got wrong ;) , there are a few mechanical keyboards for gaming
one of the most unknown lately been blackwidow from razer
steelseries also released on the past with 7G or recently 6GV2
and last no but least, Zowie Celeritas its mechanical with brown mx

I know that there are mechanical boards that are marketed to gamers, I had just never heard that Thermaltake had one out =). I guess it kinda crept in there under the radar.
 Its priced the same as the BW although for those who like the gold plating and the 1000k polling, this one has a...Military grade cable.... That has to make the worst scrub gamer into a pro right there. I mean what kind of gamer are you if your cable isn't military grade?

the new razer black widow has cherry blues, and it's also back lit and has macro keys.  everything that a gamer wants imo.  i read somewhere the key printing starts to fade though
