Ducky 9008 Cherry Blue - Black on Black
« on: Sun, 09 January 2011, 21:51:03 »
This is a really nice keyboard, the build quality of this Ducky is on par with Filco.  I had a really hard time deciding what to keep, but I'm deciding to let this one go because Cherry Blues are not for me.  I believe I will be going Topre.  Regardless, this is a really clean keyboard, it was used only once or twice for a total of less than an hour.  There is no wear or shine whatsoever on the keys.  It comes with both red Esc keys, yellow WASD keys, keypuller, PS2 adapter, and the detachable cord.  Also comes in the original packaging with the suede bag and the keyboard cover.  This version was actually typically more expensive than other Duckys.  My price is $135 shipped in CONUS.  PM would be best, thanks.

you can get it from PChome.
and the ebay is only $139 shipped.
+ it is PBT cap.
this is only ABS.
i suggest OP reconsidered the price he offered.

Sucks that all of these comments could've been done via PM instead of attemping to crap on my thread.  I know the value and I know where it can be bought from.  I personally love the black on black, very stealthy look, but I just can't get used to Cherry Blues.

Whoever gets this, i totally recommend getting Sixty's Cherry corp white/beige double shot key set.

And 7bit's Ducky doubleshot kit to make some of the keys compatible; and have the function keys with media symbols; as well as the 4 extra media symbol keys.

You should try to put a little realism in your price expectations looool. You don't even tell people here when you bought the keyboard (with proof of course) or where, or what you paid.
I just want to help you getting your feet on the ground : D. Seem a little light headed.

It doesn't matter when, where, or what he paid for this board.. $140 used for something that you can grab right this second for $139 shipped new is wrong.

Nevertheless, some people may not know of those options or where to find them so good luck with the sale. Ducky boards are sexy

It might even go higher if they had product to sell.  Maybe they realized they missed the boat after the PCHome deal.  That and/or they are selling a lame ducky.

First of all, this is not the same keyboard as the one on Ebay.  I would personally pay a little extra for black on black keys, no problem.

Second of all, alright I bought it from PCHome about a month ago.  Proof of purchase, are you kidding me?  Why don't you post up your "personal information" up here?

Lastly, last price drop to $135 shipped, I know it will sell at this price.  If not, I'll just keep it, thanks.  This is a classified thread, please keep it that way.

i thought price drop to $130?
why now the price is $135? lol
$130 sounds more reasonable to me. i will pay $9 bucks more to get PBT cap.
