The only Steam game I really play is CS:S... Tried MW 1/2 and couldn't stand it after being a long-time CS player.

That was a fail on my part.  I was actually going after a Microsoft Windows reference, but I see it failed.

My post is fail. The second part of my post is meant to refer to Modern Warfare, but not the "touche" part. I thought the "Also, in all seriousness" provided a sufficient separation between the two ideas (it worked in my head).

I dont PC-game, so I cant say how it is compared to console, but Battlefield: Bad Co. 2 is all sorts of better that COD games. Someone here also posted a video of "Breach", which is apparently a PC/xbox only game (ps3 guy here :() and it looked fun. More realistic.

I only play UT '99, CS:S and (currently) Borderlands.

Looking forward to Duke Nukem TakingForever. I used to play TF 2 but kept getting owned by Ripster's son (back-stabbing spy!)

The single player for Black Ops really is corny...it's a joke.  Multiplayer is still decent though - the customization is great.

On a side note - has anyone seen Battlefield 3 yet?  Looks like it's going to be great.

No one has "seen" BF3, there's practically no visual info on it at all, save for a trailer with no gameplay whatsoever.

It SOUNDS like a hit, Im a huge fan of what little BF I get on the console.

confirmed:

- 64 player support(at least on PC)
- jets
- Frostbite 2 based
- 3 years in the making (from a dev standpoint)

Im stoked either way, I can't stand the CoD franchise at all, so lacking in cool w/ an over-abundance of lame.

Generaly even if it was utter crap it would still initialy sell... Long term...

I don't own any of the CoD or BS games, is there something wrong with me?

What is a BS game? If you play FPS and dont play one of those two, I don't know what you ARE playing. Also, if you think CoD is even remotely on the same level as Battlefield, I don't know what you are smoking.
