remove shift key

i have a razer blackwidow
is it safe to just pull of the large keys like all of the others?
which direction should i pull in to not break the stabilizer?

oh i see i have to use tweezers to remove the stabilizers from the hinges first.

Did you remove the front faceplate first? If so, how? I'd like to do some looking around myself, but can't seem to figure out how to get that off.

ok that was exhausting taking all 4 of those off and putting them back on.
i dont even want to try the spacebar...
the rshift key seems like the keycap itself is okay and the switch is soft.
whatever.

Yea, shift looks exactly like that as well.  I guess the way razer shaped the metal, the key cap hits is, so it leads the key to feel "stiff" or mushy? Just a theory, since I'm now 2/2 keyboards with the same issue.

I usually just pull my filco keys straight off (some caution involved of course). The white extra stems usually just slips out and stays on the stabilizer bar. Putting the extra stems in the correct position it is also easy just pushing the keys back on.

My Laser keyboard had 2 stabilizers on the (big) enter.. 1 horizontal and 1 vertical. Holy crap, that was a challenge to get back on!
