Do you have full model numbers? the letters after the 1800 and 1851 are what will tell you the differences.
Check out my sales thread.

I thought model number like 1851 were to designate some customization for a reseller or company. Could be as insignificant as a company logo instead of Cherry, specialized legends, custom keycap or body color (I've seen some that were green or blue for example), a layout change, different switch type than standard model. Full model number might help or a picture would clear up the mystery.

Exactly...without the full model number there is tons of different things. If they are the same layout, let's say German ISO, there's a good chance the only difference is what type of switch it is. But anything lysol listed could also be the differences.

CeeSA's is a picture of an ISO 1851. The one you are being offered could easily be an ANSI 1851. The last letter, at least, would be useful to have.

At least it isn't as bad as someone asking this about a random model m model number.

They are the same. The G80-1851 is very common in Germany as a huge medical center had hundreds of thousands of these recycled. There are probably still over 10000 of these in stock at a Berlin recyler, available as low as 1 Euro.

They originally had a logo of the medical company but 95% of the ones offered have that logo filed/scratched off. They are MX Black, 2 key rollover. USB and PS2 variants exist.

Is that 2 key rollover plus modifier keys? The reason I ask is because you need at least 3 key rollover for combinations like CTRL-ALT-DELETE.

Also, can you tell me whether the USB variants of the keyboard support PS/2 as well (using a passive converter), or are they USB only?

Thanks

Please tell me more! I live in Hamburg but I still do smell a terrific deal here.
