So my buddy is gonna be in China..

His girlfriend leaves tomorrow for 2 weeks and he'll be there for the 2nd week with her. Is there anyway I could easily order a PLU or another cheaper in China keyboard while he's there and have it delivered to the hotel or wherever they are staying?

I might be to hard to accomplish but I thought I'd ask if this would be easy or not.

Have him use TaoBao with payment on delivery if possible. I would avoid department stores, they are usually overpriced compared to the US.
