Weird Model M with green start and yellow stop key

eBay item: 390260581310

Described as "Vintage IBM Clicky Keyboard 20L2542 MODEL M +5v"

The price is very high.

Is this a buckling spring keyboard and where do these custom colored start/stop keycaps come from?

There was an old post about it here.  The item just keeps being relisted.  Nobody seems interested in it at that high of a price.
