That actually looks pretty handy... especially if you have a tenkeyless board.  Maybe I'm by myself on this one.
ErgoDoxen 6 total: Cherry MX Browns, Cherry MX Clears, NovelKeys Box Royal, 80g Gateron Yellows, NovelKeys Pale Blues, NovelKeys Box Navy.

XD-75 (mixed Gateron Yellows, MX Blacks, MX Clears on layer toggles).
Das S Professional (was MX Blues, now Ghetto Reds).

Hmmm, looks like a terrible mouse.  Looks like a terrible calculator.  Sticking them together didn't help.

Cool idea but it doesn't work. Small buttons + uncomfortable looking mouse.

How about a tenkey/touchpad? Which is worse?

Somebody at work is getting that. HR provided because of her RSI and she has doctor's note. I'll play with it when I get a chance.

There's another thread about this in pointing devices, so here is my copypasta from there..

It is definitely an interesting concept and I guess it kind of makes sense; but it seems like having a full-size keyboard would be a less intrusive way to implement the extra keys into your work space than sticking them all over the top of your mouse lol

If numpad is used for massive data entry, the lack of (tactile) feedback is the worst thing to start with.
