So far I know:

- Filco: question, how good are the keys for filcos? Are the otaku blank keys equivalent to double shots if I don't need the lettering?
- Leopold: How bad / good is pcb mounted compared to plate mounted?

Nothing else TKless with ISO layout.

The filco keys have a very light texture, and so they get shiny quickly.
The only reason double shots are so sought by GHers is because they LOOK good, and the letters never run away. If you want blanks, what matters most is thickness and material, in this regard, Leopold wins.
PCB mounted is as good if you don't experience flex. However, both Leopolds and Filcos are plate-mounted.

what material are filco blanks made of and what are leopold made of?

They're swappable, except for the spacebar, on which the Leopold has different stabilizer spacings.
All the Leo and Filco keys are ABS, and the Filco blanks are uncoated (the printed Filcos have a coating on the key) and thus, the texture is about the same, I've heard. The Leopold still has thicker keys, which make keypresses feel a bit better.
On the other hand, Filcos have the standard spacebar if you want to buy a PBT set of keys, and also better stabilizers, making the larger keys (Shift, enter, spacebar) feel better.
