Adesso MKB135 and Ione M10 are the same?!

This is super random...but:
I saw a video of someone using the M10 and it looks EXACTLY like the Adesso MKB135 The only difference I can see is that the Ione doesn't have the adesso on the top left corner. This is mind blowing :O

Actually it would be the same as the u9 but with blue switch as the Adesso has the usb hub and audio jacks too.
