Ive got a tekelec chameleon open keyboard here. Its got really clicky alps switches (unsure which ones)

they layout is uncommon, its a semi-compact layout. it used to have a really thick, short, coiled wire that fit into that channel at the top. i converted it to a standard PS/2 connection. It still has the XT/AT modeswitch under one of the fold out feet.

they keys are all functional, all clicky, and none of em stick. they do probably need to be lubricated but i didnt have any issues when i was using it daily. its heavy.

Unsure what to ask for it really, so ill start at  [EDIT: Just make me an offer, ill consider anything], but dont be afraid to make me an offer. I'm also looking for a board with cherry blues it it, so im willing to do a partial trade plus cash to you for the board. so let me know what you folks have.

if someone wants a sound clip, i could probably get one for you.

EDIT: added sound clip.

Despite the somewhat nice layout, it's still rather overpriced, especially for simplified ALPS. Those also look like pad printed key caps.

I'm going to stop calling them Fukkas.  I think they may be Forward Electronics switches.

When happened that Fukkas started to be considered a Forward product ?

Encountered it twice today, never seen a reference before...

Looks like this belongs clipped onto the front of a luggable computer of the same brand.

Don't suppose you have any info?

Google and eBay. There is one of these with the comp on eBay right now.

i like it alot. digging the dolch color scheme. but i think that itty bitty ISO left shift might ruin it for me. i press the far left side of the shift.
