Obtaining Razer Copperhead and/or Diamondback
« on: Fri, 30 September 2011, 04:39:16 »
Recently all the Copperheads have vanished from the online stores here in Norway, so I figured I'd get one before they get even harder to find.
I tried to buy one off Amazon but apparently they couldn't ship here, and the only other ones I've found are on Ebay.
Basically what I'm asking is if anyone here knows where I can get a reasonably priced Copperhead in Europe, preferably NiB, or if I should just get one of the ones on Ebay.

The Diamondback is less important, but I'd like to have one in my collection anyways, preferably one of the older ones although if none can be found I assume the 3G will be fine as well.

Also, this is mostly for nostalgia and collecting, so no need to post about the DA having a better sensor and things like that. The DA is on my list as well, although it's easier to get so it has less priority.

In advance, thanks for any help you can give even though it's a rather unimportant matter.

Might be worth giving eBay a shot?

Actually, if you had asked me last week, I would have been able to send you one. I found one out the back of work :D

Since sold it on though :\

Dang, seems like I'm just a bit too late to the party :c

I'll wait for a bit and see if someone here has one they haven't sold on yet, if not I'll get one of the ones I found on ebay.

I think the copperheads are tough to find purely because I'm pretty sure they stopped producing them a while ago. I think eBay would probably be your best bet.
Risen from the dead for a model F.

Wyse buy colors were GSY for the dark grey, GBA for the light grey, and BBI for the fonts.

Still Scouting for a Copperhead? I'm was planning on selling mine next week, but a week sooner wouldn't hurt.

Based in UK, the Copperhead is used with some some wear on the gel grips along the side, in green, without original box, happy to provide pictures.

Just out of interest, how easy is it to obtain a DeathAdder 3G (any version) in Singapore these days? I'll be going through there on my way to Manila (moving there) in November and wouldn't mind picking one up (have several NIB at home in Finland but not interested in carrying them if can buy one easily in Singapore). Thanks!

I have this one at home (was not used much): http://www.razerpro.com//index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=12&Itemid=45 (mostly a copperhead for Mac). Would look sweet next to a white Realforce! Must be worth something! ;)

stuff
Sorry, but I can't see how this is relevant to the topic at all?

Edit:
In reply to magictoaster; I stumbled across Razer's site for those a while back, they look pretty snazzy.

Obtaining a DA 3G will require some effort whereas the Copperhead requires barely any effort.
I only managed to get a DA 3G Mac edition.

If you do come to Singapore, you can visit the 2 major IT malls.
- Sim Lim Square Link (avoid level 1-3[many con-shops] and do some pricing research before buying anything) (Rememer to bargain especially when paying cash)
- Funan Digitallife Mall Link (generally safer but things are priced at MSRP)
