I pre-ordered Kindle Touch 3G with special offers. They have a new tablet out and also a smaller cheaper Kindle.

So I canceled my order a couple days ago. Found out that the 3G cannot be used with the experimental browser. Only good for amazon and wikipedia. I guess I have to stick with the keyboard which still has free 3G browsing for now.

I preordered a couple of Kindle Fires the other day.  At $199, they are cheap enough to take a gamble on.

I have rooted a few Nook Colors in the past for people who were looking for a cheap tablet / e-reader.  Everyone that asks now gets pointed to the Kindle Fire.  If this device is easily rootable this could be a very fun device for the tinkering community.

I preorder a kindle fire also,  amazon is pretty much selling it at a lost/ equal cost to manufacture so for the hardware its pretty cheap :d.  Small too.. the processor is dual core 1ghz processor if you are curious .

I have the original Kindle, these new ones seem to be better though.

I have a Kindle 2.  (I waited until the "normal" sized Kindle had the native PDF support before I jumped in)

I'm not a fan of the new styling.  The new Kindles (with the exception of the Fire) look like cheap, Walgreens gadgets.  I like the previous generation better.

That said, I'm sure the functionality is great.  I have a previous version Kindle, and I love it.
