Hey geekhack. I ordered a tg3 bl82 with clear switches for $70 shipped off of ebay because I've always wanted to try clears. However, I ordered it before doing the necessary research, and have since found that most people are having problems getting the backlighting to work because it requires "12v over ps/2". I looked around for a guide on how to get the backlight working, but have found nothing.
If there is a guide, can someone please post a link? If not, I guess I can always just use the clear switches for awhile then swap the keycaps with a deck 82 for backlighting without the LOTR font.
