I was thinking of getting one of these to replace my MS IE30, any chance this would be a good replacement? I'm a advid SC2 player.

I personally love my Xai and have recently started using a Sensei.  Right now the Sensei is in the office as I'm too used to the Xai for gaming at home.  If you're coming from an IE30, you may feel more at home with the SteelSeries Kinzu, smaller footprint and about 20g less than the Sensei.  For SC2, I think you may appreciate a lot that the Sensei software adds to the deal, as well as the higher sensitivities.

Not sure to be honest...works great, but I think I prefer right-handed mice...actually find the "symmetrical" shape a little odd for my grip.

I recommended a G700 if you like the right handed Ergonomic shape. I feel the shape is an improvement over the MX Revolution, MX 1100, and Preformance MX.
