So, after unsuccessfully attempting to sell my BWU for weeks now to buy a G80-3000, I won an auction for one on eBay! $41 for one brand new. Today is a decent day. Now I will have a keyboard I can actually put novelty keycaps on without it looking weird. And one that I can change the switches in fairly easily.

Wyse buy colors were GSY for the dark grey, GBA for the light grey, and BBI for the fonts.

Congrats. G80-3000 was my first MX board. My number one complaint was flex in the center, but easy to fix with an extra rubber foot under about the HJ keys, assuming you keep it flat. Helps reduce bounce quite a lot.

It arrived today! I had to switch out the keys with some doubleshots I had lying around, since the infill was incredibly irritating, but now that I've done that, it's a pretty nice board. Makes me sad I sold the |\ and enter keys from this set of doubleshots though. The slight difference is kind of bothersome, even though I rarely look at it. Now I'm just waiting on the Cherry MX Greens from the switch group buy, and I'm set to have the Cherry board I always dreamed of!
