ducky shining "Z" key not responding

So i just bought this awesome keyboard not long ago, around 1 week. But then today during chat, i realized the "z" key does not respond.
I tried restarting comp, plugging the keyboard to a laptop and still no luck. Any ideas on how to fix this?
