question for people whove tried a lot of ambidextrous mice
« on: Sat, 25 February 2012, 22:52:00 »
My Zowie Mico jumps, but even beyond that I find the buttons way too hard to press, which puts it in the backseat compared to my Razer Salmosa Asia which I like but seems to act a little funny. I liked the Salmosa fine but the Asia better, and I hated the Abyssus (I know, weird huh?).

I'm considering the CM Storm or the Logitech G9x (no casing). Anyone tried those and the mico and/or salmosa asia and can rap on the difference?

Specifically I'm curious about the force required to depress the r/l buttons, but I'd take any other thoughts as well.

I know a left handed player who swears by the Roccat Kova, his one is starting to come apart and so he's been looking around for months about finding another mouse, and he's pretty much set on getting a replacement Kova

It's hard to say about the force required for button presses but if you're familiar with the WMO1.1 he was complaining about it having stiff buttons.

I use the G9x, I don't find the buttons too stiff though I really don't pay any real attention to that fact on mice.
