Been digging around the GEEKHACK keyboard forums for about a week now (ever since I've decided on a mechanical keyboard I've been trying to research everything I possibly can about them.) Figured this would be the place to come to for picking out my replacement mechanical keyboard, so I registered and away I go!
1) What is your budget?I'd like to keep it to a max of ~$150 USD.
2) Where (country) will you be buying this keyboard and keyboard language layout?United States
3) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you don’t really like? Not too picky really
4) Would you consider keyboards that are used?I would prefer new
5) What are the primary tasks you will be performing with this keyboard?Mainly gaming
6) Will you be playing games on your keyboard? What type of games? Most definitely, mainly FPS and MMO's.
7) Would you prefer to see the keyboard you’re considering before purchasing it or buying a keyboard online without seeing it is OK?I can't imagine there would be a keyboard I couldn't see pictures of through google/google image search
Will the keyboard be used for Windows, Mac, Linux, etc...?Windows
9) What other keyboard(s) have you used before and why are you not using it/them anymore?I was using a Razer BlackWidow Ultimate, but ultimately had to part ways with it due to the lack of a wrist rest. After using my Logitech G15 for so long, I’ve just become so accustomed to using a wrist rest that anything without one will make my wrists hurt.
Build Quality and Design10) What size keyboard would you prefer?Full-Size (with number pad)
11) Are the keyboard’s looks and stylishness important to you? If so, describe any physical features such as color, material appearance, etc...I’m not too picky on looks, a black keyboard is preferred but I’m open to other colors.
12) When are you buying the keyboard? In a few weeks most likely
13) How long do you want this keyboard to last? I'm not quite sure what to say here to be honest. I'm not expecting the keyboard to last a lifetime, but I'll gladly put more money towards a better build quality. I'd like to think that I take great care of my equipment, but I also know that everything will eventually break, I've had my Logitech G15 for about 4-4.5 years and it still works (some of the rubber domes are starting to feel mushy due to slight tearing around the base of the dome that makes the contact.)
Switch Questions14) What key sound do you want?Quiet or Medium. I actually loved the sound my MX Blues made that were on my BlackWidow, but the loud clicking drove my girlfriend nuts, so I’d prefer something not quite as loud.
15) Do you want tactile feel?Don’t Care
16) Do you want clickiness?Don’t Care
17) How strong are your fingers?Very Strong
Since I do have experience with the MX Blues, I would be most likely to gravitate towards a keyboard using MX Browns, but I'm not set on Browns.
Keyboard Components18) PS/2 or USBNot too picky on this either
19) Media keys? Macro Keys? Backlight? USB Hub?A USB port on the keyboard is preferred since I switch out between 2 different mice depending on what I’m playing.
Backlit keys are always a positive in my eyes, but it’s not a make or break point.
I can even get down with the semi backlighting that Thermaltake did with their MEKA G-Unit Keyboard

My biggest concern is that the keyboard must have a wrist rest (although the Steelseries 7G is just waaaaaaay too massive in my opinion).
Any and all help would be much appreciated, so many thanks in advance!
