KBTalking Pro question

My keyboard won't sync with my Mac or PC. The enter button blinks and then nothing. What am i doing wrong? Thanks.

Are you trying to run it through PS/2? Because PS/2 isn't hot-swappable.

I would assume you're not, though.

No. I am definitely using it thru batteries. I love the keyboard. I am soooo frustrated because i really think it is something that i am doing wrong. However, i followed the instructions.  :mad:

Did you try doing a hard reset on the device?

Master Reset: Hold Fn+Reset button for 3 seconds. This erases all BT pairing information on the keyboard. But be sure to also delete any instances of KBT Pro in your device’s Bluetooth device settings before attempting to pair again.

I did the hard reset and it works! This keyboard is great! The only complaint that i have is the fact that it is not tenkeyless, but according to their customer support person, they are going to have that model available early next year. I am definitely buying it! Thanks for the response.  :D
