After extremely light use (it wasn't my main keyboard), the stems on the spacebar snapped. The spacebar stabilizers are also very loosely attached to the keyboard itself. All of the keycaps are also unevenly painted ~ never took notice till the spacebar broke.
I contacted iOne for a spacebar. They want $15 for one spacebar. I actually bought a replacement from EK, but only to discover that the spacebar is of different size (the U9BL is slightly smaller). If anyone know where I can find a replacement for cheaper, I would much appreciate it. For $15, I rather just harvest the switches and call it a day.
Just FYI for anyone considering their keyboard. Terrible quality and unreasonable support. My Das had been my daily driver and is absolutely solid.
