why is this so much cheaper than other solder? Is something wrong? I want to solder electronics and such.

It doesn't seem any cheaper than any comparable solder to me?
It looks like standard (if generic brand) 63/37 solder.
Maybe your comparing this to the larger spools of solder? This is only 37g of solder, or less than 1.5oz of solder. It's not a lot compared to the big 1lb rolls that are common.

This is an amazingly crappy price for average composition solder with likely sub-par flux.

Proper flux-core 63/37 solder is cheap enough as it is.  I've been on the same 1-lb spool for ~8 years now.
Currently GMMK Pro: lubed 68g U4T, FR4 plate, extra gaskets, etc
