This looks like a terminal keyboard (looking at the plug end), so you'll have to make up a soarer adapter if it is.

It's a terminal keyb for sure: no Num, Caps, Scroll Lock leds.

Except 1390120 have silver label whereas this one is white. But I don't know my Model M terminals so...
