Stunning, if this goes to someone who takes the cherry cap off, they need shooting.

Got mine already and it was even cheaper!

Because it is still in the US, I saved the shipping costs.

I'm confused - does this have an AT cable or PS/2?  If an adapter is required would you throw one in?

It is AT. I don't have an adapter but they are cheap

Dude, why do you keep reselling stuff that you bought from other forum members for more money?  And you are also a mod?

Yes, I am a mod.  As a mod, you appear to be threadcrapping in a sales thread, something that is no longer being tolerated. http://geekhack.org/showthread.php?29986-RFC-Classified-Forum-Rules-READ-THIS-FIRST
If you're not interested in buying the keyboard for the price, please do not post.
However, in response to your question:

I was told when I was going to purchase this board that it was a good deal and only a certain number of people would be receiving them and it also required an immediate payment. Going off the prices of any place selling them it is a good deal still. When I purchased this they were on taobao for $500. This is the first item I have asked for a higher price than what I purchased it for.

Also does no one remember I organized the starcraft tournament where I GAVE AWAY a set of PBT caps from qtan?($50) and even shipped them to Canada from my own pocket. I also organized a second round where the winner received a Filco Camo board of their choice!

Reptile is legit. Even if people sell things for higher price, it's not his problem if they want to buy it.

Sorry, didn't know that you also donated and paid for the Filco camo keyboard that you gave to the winnar.

I didn't pay for it. Keyboardco sponsored it and I worked with Bruce to get that as a prize. Pretty sure you knew that already.

If I was only on geekhack to make money I don't think I would be so nice. I can name more examples if you want.

Like I said I never have asked for anything more. Someone offered that and I accepted. I was talking about I just recently sold a clickclack for half of whatever everyone else sells them for.

That does not make this right........

Nor does giving out a free set of keycaps for a tournament

Bini went out of his way to get some of get some of us these at cost where he obviously knows he can just post them on eBay and fetch more for it, then to see you sell it at a profit is kind of sickening. I thought you would have learned the first time with Ascaii, and in return he basically banned you from his GB/sales, even afterwards you posted "if i knew this I would not have done it" of course that was a auction so cannot 100% fault you for that but this on the other hand...

I paid 185 shipped. Bini never expressed to me that he wasn't making money.

What did happen to Geekhack? A moderator now decide to make public some PM

That kind of thing is what I was talking about in Ripster Subforum. We are not here to make money, I think people should change their mind quite a bit. There are some rules not written in this kind of forums that tell what is right and what is wrong and resell second handed products even if they're NIB for more price than the original one is part of a wrong way to act.

People tend to offer cheaper prices for users to help them get some good stuff even if they could get a lot of money off ebay and decide not to just because this is the way a community works, don't change that because classifieds we'll be starting to go the wrong way.

Good luck with sale
but you should look into what you've done in last sale and this sale because people will start to have a bad idea from you and it won't benefit you.

Just trying to state that every thread or PM I have ever seen has expressed if they were not making money. He said he had some available and I purchased the keyboard. No other specifics were given on how many he got or sold or if he ever was making a profit or a generous favor. I took it as he contacted members who he thought would be willing to pay in quick fashion. I also still believe that.

Now this has turned into something we have just been trying to make rules for

He actually asked a few close members to him to ask who we thought should have a stab at something like this since it's not something you see everyday and the price was good. ISO is pretty hard to come by, but the ANSI is even harder.

If he wanted to just get paid he would have thrown it up on eBay and waited 5 days for a bid higher then what he sold it for.
