Hi I joined this forum after starting my quest to find a mechanical keyboard here in the
orient (which was um, 3 weeks ago). So I started to look at surplus or flea markets here and there (it was quite difficult finding stores that hold old keyboards here). Luckily I was able to find a stockpile of old keyboards in one that was actually less than a 5 minute walk from my home. I tried typing on each and one of them and there was none amongst them that produced that clicky sound. Many of them are rubber domes (some are tactile) and the yellowish keyboards felt very mushy when I typed on it that I didn't bother checking what switch it was. Is there anything of worth in this pile?
Oh, since it was a Japanese surplus store it was expected that they would have Japanese markings on them.
