Is this a Wyse KB-3926 ?

According to the seller, the black keyboard is a "Comtech KB-3926", it actually looks like the Wyse KB-3926 and according to this thread, they are rubber domes http://geekhack.org/showthread.php?6188-ebay-UK-Wyse-PS-2-Keyboard-KB-3926
What got me confused was that red esc-key
