I just bought a spacebar with a custom graphic. I wasn't sure what the format/size of the graphic should be, so I kinda just winged it.
It's been a week and I haven't got an email or anything telling me it wouldn't work. But it seems like they should have sent me an email saying that it's been shipped.

So Basically, My question is, did I send them the right format?
I sent them a Jpeg but I get the feeling it has to be a vector image.

And this is how I told them to do it, I even sent them this image in the instructions.

the last two times I ordered on the site (well actualy, the only two times I ordered) I got a mail in something like 4 days, but I never ordered a spacebar, my friend that did it, never received any mail but received his spacebar like 2 weeks after order was placed (we live in Belgium, so that's a quick shipping from the States)
